Compensation: Starting $14.75 per hour + tip (Average pay rate: $25.00-$40.00/hour including tip, but it may vary upon circumstances.)
Qualifications:
- 1+ years experience as a server in a full-service, dine-in restaurant.
- English and Japanese speaking are preferred, but not required.
- The ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and staff.
- Thrived in a fast-paced environment and embraced working a flexible schedule.
- The ability to stand for long period of time.
- Must be punctual on time.
- Support other areas of the restaurant such as answering phones and completing financial transactions.
- Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards.
- Must possess a valid State of Hawaii TB clearance card.
